I thought Lexus of Roseville was very well represented by Scott Silverman who is a calming influence in a big ticket situation. Here's something that happened that could help increase sales. I drove the car initially and purchased it, then my wife tried the vehicle the next day. She didn't like the ride at first - it seemed uncomfortable to her. The following day we tried it and I showed her all the adjustments the seat could make and the steering wheel adjustment. That made all the difference, because with the steering wheel up higher and the seat adjusted better for her smaller size, she began to really like the ride of the Buick Enclave. Now she's driving it all over the place and loves it! So I would say this, if I was a salesperson, I would let the person sit in the drivers seat and with the door open help make adjustments to the seat/steering until the person felt most comfortable, then close the door and go for a ride. Because what it comes down to is how driving a vehicle 'Feels'? If it feels good then the person will then consider other things like price, looks of vehicle, etc. But without that good driving Feel, you're not going to get them to move to other possible objections. Remember, satisfy the objections and you've got a sale. My final comment is I recommend to every buyer to purchase the Alarm System. It's top notch and once I've locked the car, which activates it, I don't worry about potential theft. That will especially come into play for us as we travel a lot for our business. Thanks Scott, Austin and the guy who found a battery for the 2nd fob (that had a dead battery) at Lexus of Roseville!

Scott was very helpful, even willing to go for a 2nd test drive. He is very personable and receptive to any questions. I felt at ease with him and we progressed until I was clear on the decision to buy. Austin was very helpful with the paperwork. I highly recommend their staff to anyone considering purchase of a new or used vehicle. I also recommend getting the Karr security system. Well worth it.

Service assistants are always very nice (Ashley in particular). I didn’t give 5 because of the circumstances of this repair. I had it in about a month before because it had been sitting for 8 months and the battery was dead. They did a 90 k mile service and charged it. I had it home for a few days when all the check engine lights etc went on. I’ve been sick for the last year so I didnt feel well and didn’t get it back in for about a month. By then my 5 year warranty was up and it needed a new hybrid battery -$5,0000. I’m not too happy about that…. Anyway, service people are very nice and super helpful 😊

My experience getting my Lexus ES300h serviced for its 30,000 mile was exceptional! Ashley made everything easy and kept me in the loop with good communication!
