Best car buying experience that I’ve ever had. My sales Rep Sami was so easy to work with. Very knowledgeable of all the cars, treated me like I mattered not just another sale. Took time to show me how all the gadgets worked. Just a great overall experience. As I passed by other employees in the building they all took the time to greet me, huge gesture. Took my car in for its 10,000 mile service. It was a very good experience with both Chis and Lexus in general. Very friendly staff and prompt service. It’s nice that I can drop my car off on the way to work and get a loaner to use until my car is ready.

DJ Singh, was wonderful to work with. He was warm, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He listened to what I wanted and made the entire buying experience easy and comfortable. His communication was top-notch, and he was always responsive when I had questions. I absolutely love my new Lexus and would highly recommend working with him.

Outstanding service was provided by all personnel. They realize that we grow a great distance to have our Lexus serviced at their dealership so they were very prompt. Very quickly provided us with a rental car so we can conduct some business for a couple of hours while we were waiting. I highly recommend their service department.

Lexus of Roseville service department beats all the rest!!!!

Sammi was helpful, knowledgeable about the purchasing process and professional. He made me feel comfortable and confident about my purchase, he even offered to help guide me through the technical aspects of my vehicle then or at another time in the future. My daughter wants a Lexus, so when she’s ready to purchase her new car, we’ll be giving Sammi a call.

Chris our Sevice Advisor is very reliable, honest and knowledgeable about his job. Everytime I have a question about our car’s maintenance, he is very detailed in explaining everything and uses words that are easy to understand. We always make sure our car’s maintenance is scheduled with him because we know he’ll take good care of us.
