I was in need of having my windshield replaced, so I reached out to Lexus of Sacramento three different times to get a quote. Each time, I was told that all of the technicians were busy and that I would receive a call back. Unfortunately, to this day, I never received a call. After not hearing back, I decided to reach out to Lexus of Roseville, and I received a response with a quote within hours of my request! Edward was the person who assisted me, and I can't say enough about how friendly, professional, and helpful he was throughout the process. On our way home from Tahoe to the central coast , our check engine light turned on I called Lexus of Roseville on a Saturday and Ashley put us on an emergency list to service our engine. They got us in quickly and serviced my car, had to replace an engine coil. Ashely is a great worker who will help you out when your car fails you.
