All around great service experience!

Ed is the best. Always gets me in and out and he’s straight to the point when it comes to getting my regular services. I didn’t have a ride to drop my car and I spoke to a lady on the phone about rescheduling my appointment. She said I could not drop my car off any earlier than my appointment which was not true. She said she was having some computer issues and she would have someone call me back to reschedule but then no one did. I drove there for my original appointment and explained the situation to Ed. He apologized and said he would order me an uber home. No problem!

I took my Lexus for the routine maintenance and was amicably greeted by the nice service man. It’s always a pleasure to work with Chris Lawson. He is very knowledgeable. There was an error that was made due to two customers with the same names but the error was quickly rectified. Chris is also very helpful and offered ways to save on future services. I highly recommend Chris and Lexus of Roseville.
