I took our 2024 Lexus RX350h for service on 7/20/2026 and went to pick it on 7/21/2026. After pickup the RX and went to Kaiser for eye exam and my diluted my eyes and gave me temp plastic black type glasses. I went to my RX and opened the phone charger compartment and picked up my Gucci glasses box and opened it and found out there were no glasses in it. I called Charis Lawson and explained him what happened and went to him right the way because Roseville lexus was 5 minutes away from Kaiser on Eureka Ave. He told me, I signed the paperwork that dealer is not responsible for missing or stolen items. I asked him if my car was stolen or its Rims and tires were stolen than the dealer is not responsible and he said that is the different situation. Chris Lawson went to Service Tech and who washed my car to ask them but he can't find my glasses. Chris is very good and always help full. The sun glasses were GUCCI BRAND and the cost was $350 +, I am asking other clients or those who read the reviews what other steps, I should take. Thank you Mohinder Sohi

First time visiting this company , the check in system very bad , no one tell me how , find someone one to ask , answer is , you go inside, inside is waiting room , still no one tell me how , find someone ask again , you sit down , some one will call you, waiting about 10 min. Some one call me , I try to tell her how I feel the check in service, , she wasn’t interested at all, tell you the true , if it’s unnecessary , I won’t come to this company again

I would like to thank Mateo for setting up my Syrius radio system. Was driving close by Lexus in my new Lexus with my sister and called to see if someone could show me how to set it up and was told I needed an appointment. I was almost there and decided to stop in anyway. Mateo came up and not only showed me how to set it up, but tuned it in to all the stations I like. It only took 5 or 10 minutes. He was not only courteous, but so super knowledgable and helpful! Please extend my appreciation for the great service! Kudos to Mateo!
