Chris at Lexus of Roseville service was outstanding. Not only did he explain everything well, he continued to check in with me during the service appointment. In addition I made some over the counter purchases, front/rear/cargo all weather mats and front/rear license plate frames in which he had installed for me.

Ashley is hands down the best service advisor I’ve had across all the different dealerships I have worked with over the years. She does a great job of explaining where my vehicle is at, what is coming up for maintenance, and I feel like she isn’t there trying to nickel and dime me. I highly recommend her and Lexus of Roseville, as I have never had a bad experience.

Scott Silverman was our sales representative and he was amazing. We went to him in the summer looking for a car and he was very professional and wanted us to have the car that we needed. He recommended us wait until the correct car was allocated to the dealership and he even made an effort to contact the factory to advocate for the car we want. Highly recommend Scott and definitely will come back again if we need to get another car!

I was already going to be in the area but I did still have to drive 2.5 hours to get here and once I arrived the employees here made the process very smooth. Clare was excellent and considerate, we discussed what my plans were for the day and she offered and suggested many accommodations for my time. The dealer was very well kept and the work was done quickly! I appreciate the work! Next time I’ll be opting in for the wash and vacuum though, got some crap from my buddies about this (I opted out to save time) 😂

Tristan was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, as well as extremely respectful and caring for our needs. He is a great ommunicator and always checked in to determine if we were going in the right direction matching the car to our needs. We had been to many dealerships and walked away without feeling a priority or connected. Tristan put us first and joined us in our search to find the right vehicle to match our needs.
