My wife and I had a very pleasant interaction With our sales person, Rocklan. He put us at ease right away asking if we preferred water or coffee while we asked him numerous questions about the Lexus RX 350 model that we had in mind. He was very patient with us and went over, nearly all the amenities that we were getting with our luxury version Of our new car. He made the entire process, simple and pleasant. I would extremely recommend Rockland to any of my friends who may Decide in the future to buy a Lexus from Roseville auto Mall.

Very good customer service

We have been a Toyota family for many years and decided it was time to upgrade. Lexus was the logical choice. We purchased our RX350h in February and it was time for the first service so not sure what to expect. Our Service Advisor, Clare, was fantastic! She explained in detail what was going to happen and offered us a loaner car to run some errands. THIS was definitely not expected and we were very pleased with this benefit. When our car was ready, it had been washed and vacuumed! All-in-all, a superb experience.

I started off with emailing Rocklan about a car I saw online and we scheduled a time to come in and test drive. When I got to the dealership he pulled the car up ready to go. He was very knowledgeable about the car and honest about the imperfections such as a couple small dents and was able to compare it to similar cars. After the test drive I asked about another car, same make and model but different trim. He let me test drive that as well and we were able to compare and contrast the two. I felt no pressure on which to buy and with his knowledge I was able to walk away with a newer car with less miles than what I originally came in for. I would 100% comeback and work with Rocklan again and will be recommending to all my friends and family to him as well

Lexus of Roseville gave me a very pleasant first experience. I dropped my car off for a diagnostic for a broken convertible top, which i paid $230 for. I was told everything wrong with the car, so I believe I had good value there. Ashley was tremendously helpful and offered a loaner car to me while my car got looked at. When I came to pick it up, I spoke to the cashier. After speaking with Julia Jenkins, I waited 40 minutes for my car to be pulled to the front. I was then told that the part needing replacement wasn’t sold any more and that I’d need to find my own parts and contact an independent shop to get my lexus fixed.
