We had a very nice experience yesterday while buying the car. The sales agent assisted us with every detail that we dont have to worry if we miss something. They made sure all papers/documents are complete before bringing home the car. There was eveb food/drinks provided while waiting. I highly recommend people to go and buy your car at Lexus Roseville.

We had a pleasant purchasing experience at Lexus of Roseville. We put a deposit down on a new EV a couple of months earlier. When the car arrived, we scheduled an appointment to finalize the purchase. The sales and finance people were nice. We knew the numbers before walking in the door and had accepted whatever price the dealer was offering. They gave us $3,000 more than we had penciled in for our trade-in. Then, unsolicited, they offered another $2,500 discount. I think this was to match the California EV rebate program that we did qualify for because the price of the vehicle over $50k. Everything was rather subdued. We had shopped extensively at other dealers for a new EV. Our experience is that none of the dealers really understand EVs except Tesla. As of the September 2026, Lexus does have some very good competitively priced EVs with satisfaction and quality ratings a couple steps over the competition. The owners (Lithia?) should freshen up the interior showroom. Replace the stained carpeting. Replace the old furniture that looks and feels like it is from 2003. It is more thrift store vibe than an upscale car company. Fortunately, the employees are a pleasant group of people.

Took my 2025 RX 350 H in for Service 10,000 mile.Meet with Chris. Who was soft, spoken, polite, and Very informative. Keep me posted throughout my appointment as to what is going on with my car. My wife and I were very satisfied with our experience and purchase at Lexus of Roseville! We initially visited this location to just check out a particular style of Lexus sedans. While browsing around the lot, we felt no pressure from others! Once we toured the outside lot, we went into the showroom and eventually a gentleman by the name of Chris approached us as if to just say hello and check in with us. We shared that we were just browsing and may be interested in a particular Lexus model and color. He confirmed they were limited and didn’t have a match. (Refreshing that Chris never pushed another model or color on us!) He did share that there would be a possible match coming in within a week and would let us know if and when it arrives. A week later, we communicated with Chris. The guy was off work, at a ball game and responded to our text inquiring about whether the car arrived. It had, and we met him the next day and happily purchased the exact vehicle we thought we wouldn’t find! Thanks to Chris being attuned to us and our wishes, we drove off the lot pinching ourselves to verify we weren’t dreaming!
