Buying our first Lexus was a nice experience at the Roseville Lexus dealership. Dylan was very knowledgeable, friendly and not too pushy.

I took our 2024 Lexus RX350h for service on 7/20/2026 and went to pick it on 7/21/2026. After pickup the RX and went to Kaiser for eye exam and my diluted my eyes and gave me temp plastic black type glasses. I went to my RX and opened the phone charger compartment and picked up my Gucci glasses box and opened it and found out there were no glasses in it. I called Charis Lawson and explained him what happened and went to him right the way because Roseville lexus was 5 minutes away from Kaiser on Eureka Ave. He told me, I signed the paperwork that dealer is not responsible for missing or stolen items. I asked him if my car was stolen or its Rims and tires were stolen than the dealer is not responsible and he said that is the different situation. Chris Lawson went to Service Tech and who washed my car to ask them but he can't find my glasses. Chris is very good and always help full. The sun glasses were GUCCI BRAND and the cost was $350 +, I am asking other clients or those who read the reviews what other steps, I should take. Thank you Mohinder Sohi

I was in need of having my windshield replaced, so I reached out to Lexus of Sacramento three different times to get a quote. Each time, I was told that all of the technicians were busy and that I would receive a call back. Unfortunately, to this day, I never received a call. After not hearing back, I decided to reach out to Lexus of Roseville, and I received a response with a quote within hours of my request! Edward was the person who assisted me, and I can't say enough about how friendly, professional, and helpful he was throughout the process. Although they ultimately weren't able to assist me with the service due to an issue with my insurance company, the customer service I received from Edward made a lasting impression. If I ever need service or assistance with my Lexus ES 350 F Sport in the future, Lexus of Roseville will definitely be my first choice! Thank you, Ed, for all of your help. I truly appreciate you!
