My husband and I went to look at a possible purchase of an electric car and wanted to look at the Lexus. Sami was very welcoming and took the time to explain the differences between one model and the next. Probably one of the most pleasant experiences we have encountered in our years of purchasing a vehicles.

Excellent customer service. The staff were very helpful and polite, and Natascha was superb. I drive an hour and a half just to have my SUV serviced here. The comfortable waiting area and the complimentary drinks were a plus, and having a loaner car available was very helpful.
