Chris went above and beyond to help us understand the process and to accommodate us with a loaner vehicle. He was knowledgeable and thorough with his explanations and gave us confidence our car was in good hands.

Tristan was very helpful from the minute i walked in , we were greeted and shown the car , we took it on a test drive within 5 minutes and absolutely loved the car , he gave a lot of details about the vehicle which was very helpful., We began the process of paperwork which was fast, I was able to get approved and leave very pleased with my Lexus ☺️He made the process easy and enjoyable !

Excellent customer service. The staff were very helpful and polite, and Natascha was superb. I drive an hour and a half just to have my SUV serviced here. The comfortable waiting area and the complimentary drinks were a plus, and having a loaner car available was very helpful.

Went in for a couple 100k routine maintenance items on a Friday, picked up the loaner suv and was on my way in a very short time. What I can say, is whether it was my 20yr old sedan or my newer SUV, they treat you light gold! Love this place

Today’s vehicle maintenance experience couldn’t have been any better. Ed checked us in and was friendly and explained what they’d be doing to the car. The waiting area is spacious, comfortable, good WiFi, plentiful complimentary snacks and quality beverages. I was pleasantly surprised when Ed told me they would not only wash my car but also vacuum it! The car was beautiful when it was returned and the man who helped me find it was friendly and courteous. So happy with my experience there!
