Salesman Nikita referred us to Sales Associate Sami of Lexus of Roseville who sold us a used car that we liked. Sami was very knowledgeable about cars and their mechanisms and was very professional, thorough and patient, how a car salesman should be. It’s rare nowadays to have someone like Sami in the car sales business. The finance manager, Samer, was also very efficient, detailed and organized to complete for us the transaction. Natascha, was very attentive and listened to my concerns. She gave me options and serviced what I needed most. She’s the best service advisor I’ve ever had. After the repairs were completed;I went to pick my car up and didn’t realize the service dept closed at 6:00. I needed to fly out of town the next day. A cashier opened the computers for payment, I turned in the loaner and was on my way! Roseville Lexus is the only place I’ve taken my LS 460 and when I get my next Lexus it will definitely be from Lexus of Roseville!- Thanks!
