Very, very slow getting checked in yesterday. Over 40 minutes from driving up at 7:10 for my 7:15 appointment( I was third in line. Roger Williams was on vacation, so he’d made arrAngements to fill in for him. Ashley was running late so Brent checked me in. Not the usual prompt service I usually get. And, I was in for break work suggested from last visit, bit Roger had failed to note which break(s) needed attention. Website will not allow me to correct typos!

Great experience and exceptional service from the entire sales team. We purchased a 2019 Jeep Compass for my daughter’s first car and what a great example Scott and Lynn showed her on what a great car buying experience should be. Unlike other dealerships, our cash transaction was welcomed. We will be back!

*****UpdateI was put in contact with Jay at Lexus of Roseville. Let me state that all of my previous experiences with Lexus of Roseville have been 5 star. This was an isolated incident and it happened at a horrible time (like all car troubles). Thank you to Jay for listening and working towards a solution. Expect nothing less from Lexus. Absolutely unbelievably bad service from the service department. They serviced my IS250 (Oil Change) They put the oil filter housing so tight that it snapped the speciality wrench used to take it off. When I called them about it they just ...
