Brendon is the technical advisor and was able to patiently answer my technology questions regarding my newly acquired RX 350. Ashley did a great job checking me in, understanding my service needs and providing excellent follow up. I appreciate the 10% discount she was able to apply to my key fob, which was wildly overpriced (but not her fault). It did take a while for Ashley to check me out because There were other customers in front of me. Check out would probably be better handled by a central service desk. Again, she did her best.
Brent Colley was extremely helpful the two times we were there. Brent was very concerned about are needs. Kept us informed and helped us make the best decisions on our needs for repairs.
